Audi Driving Performance Brochure
I designed this brochure on behalf of Image4 Graphics in 2020. They had called me in for an interview as a freelance graphic designer. The idea was to give me a “starting” project to understand where my skillsets were as well as if we were the right fit for each other. They had told me they had been trying to gain this client for some time but their problem was that every design they submitted, would be sent back with disapproval and weren’t sure why.
First thing I did was do research. I went on the Audi website and found their brand guidelines. I found out their typeface, color pallet, logo “x” spaces, the angle of their lines, and a few other things. I took some notes and got to work. The brochure was a quad-fold so the idea was that when you open the brochure, you’d have the sensation and adrenaline of being behind the wheel. The client approved the design results and Image4 Graphics were finally able to sign them as a client.

This was probably one of the most extensive design projects I have ever had to do. The process was long and educational. The scope of the project was to design two walls for the recruiting office in the Manchester location that showcased the history of the uniforms from 1623 -present time. The most challenging part about this project was having to illustrate every uniform. Why was it so challenging you may ask? Well, some of the images provided for reference were either greyscale or extremely blurry that you couldn’t see any of the detailing in the uniforms. Once the project was complete, we moved onto the Nashua location and presented them with a different design. The office in Nashua was way smaller with dim lighting so designing a brighter and lighter concept was crucial for the space.
